These terms are in two parts. Part A applies to everyone who uses this website. Part B applies in addition if you buy Skinova® 19 from us.
Part A: Using this website
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Anglo Arab Trading UK Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13977197. Our registered office is 58 Geneva Way, Biddulph, Stoke-on-Trent, ST8 7FE, and our VAT registration number is GB 456 7645 52. You can reach us at sarah.h@angloarabtrading.com.
2. What this website is for
We are the exclusive distributor for the United Kingdom and Ireland of the Wellcomet LDM® Triple, a regenerative ultrasound platform used in aesthetic clinics, and of Skinova® 19, its home-use companion device. This site explains both, and lists the clinics across the United Kingdom and Ireland that offer LDM® Triple treatment.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
3. Nothing on this website is medical advice
Everything here is general information about a technology and the clinics that use it. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a recommendation for you personally. Whether a treatment suits you is a question for a qualified clinician who has assessed you. Our medical disclaimer sets this out more fully and you should read it.
4. Clinic listings
The clinics listed on this site are independent businesses. We do not own them, we do not employ their practitioners, and we are not responsible for the treatment they provide, for their fees or for their availability. A listing means the clinic uses LDM® Triple, not that we endorse any particular clinician or outcome.
Clinic details are given to us by the clinics themselves and we update them when we are told of a change. Please confirm with the clinic directly before travelling.
One relationship is worth stating plainly. Vanessa Brown-Ofoedu, who owns VL Aesthetics in Carlisle, also consults for us on our United Kingdom sales. VL Aesthetics is listed on the same basis as every other clinic, and we would rather tell you about that connection than leave you to discover it.
5. Our content
The text, images and design of this website belong to us or to our suppliers and are protected by copyright. LDM® and Skinova® are trademarks of Wellcomet GmbH and are used with permission. You may read, print and share our pages for your own use, and you are welcome to link to any page. You may not republish our content commercially or present it as your own without our written permission.
6. Links to other websites
Where we link to a clinic, a manufacturer or another site, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep the site running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or entirely free of errors.
8. Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Beyond that, we are not liable for any loss you suffer through relying on general information published on this website. If you are a business, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect loss.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
Part B: Buying Skinova® 19
11. Who you are buying from
Anglo Arab Trading UK Ltd is the seller. Skinova® 19 is manufactured by Wellcomet GmbH, Am Mantel 4a, 76646 Bruchsal, Germany, and is despatched to you by them on our behalf.
12. How an order is made
There is no checkout on this website. You enquire, we confirm that the device is available and what it will cost, and we send you an invoice through Xero. You pay by bank transfer or by card. A contract between us comes into existence when we confirm your order in writing, not when you make the enquiry.
13. Price and payment
The price shown on the Skinova® 19 page includes VAT at the current rate and includes delivery. There is nothing further to pay. Your invoice will show the full amount before you pay anything.
14. Delivery
The device is despatched from Germany once your payment has cleared. Delivery usually takes less than two weeks, and we will deliver within 14 days at the latest. If anything is going to delay that, we will tell you.
The device becomes your responsibility once it is delivered to the address you gave us.
15. If you are a consumer, you can change your mind
This section applies if you are buying as a private individual rather than for a business. It does not apply to clinics or other business buyers.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which the device comes into your physical possession, or the possession of someone you have asked to receive it.
To cancel, tell us clearly before that period ends. Email sarah.h@angloarabtrading.com, or write to us at the address in section 1. You may use the cancellation form we send with your invoice, but you do not have to.
If you cancel, send the device back to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us. You are responsible for the cost of returning it.
We will refund everything you paid, delivery included, within 14 days of receiving the device back, or within 14 days of the day you give us proof that you have sent it, whichever is earlier. We refund by the same method you used to pay.
You are welcome to examine the device as you would in a shop. If its value is reduced because it has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce your refund accordingly.
16. Your legal rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the device must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects those rights, and they sit alongside the cancellation right in section 15 rather than replacing it.
Skinova® 19 also carries a manufacturer guarantee from Wellcomet GmbH for one year from delivery. That guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them. If something goes wrong within the year, contact us and we will deal with Wellcomet on your behalf.
17. Business customers
If you are buying as a clinic or other business, the cancellation right in section 15 does not apply to you, because it is a consumer right. Sales of LDM® Triple are made under a separate written agreement and are not governed by these terms.
18. If something goes wrong
Tell us. Email sarah.h@angloarabtrading.com and we will reply within five working days. If we need longer to look into something properly, we will say so and tell you when to expect an answer.
